Migraine is a type of headache, which is very painful than a normal headache. Migraine is related to genes, which control some part of brain cells. Migraines may be associated with symptoms like nausea and vomiting. Some of the factors triggering migraine are stress, anxiety, exposure to bright light as well as some hormonal changes. Migraines are more common in women than in men. Migraines are of 2 types. Sometimes these migraines are preceded by symptoms such as visual loss or olfactory or other sensory changes. Such migraines are called migraines with aura. The other type of migraine is without aura. In fact, it is a neurological syndrome. Lack of food or sleep also can cause a migraine. It is noted that hormonal changes in women can cause migraines. There are various treatments available for migraines such as home remedies, herbal remedies as well as various medications. The evolution of science has made tremendous growth in the field of medicine (the medical science that supports the world with different treatments and medicines for various ailments and diseases). In the field of medicine, the latest observation and the research made for this type of ailment (migraines) has brought different medicinal treatments to get it cured from its root. Natural remedies include use of various vegetable juices, cabbage leaves crush, lemon crust, and various fruit juices such as grapes, oranges etc.
